What is MyPetHealth Shop?

MyPetHealth Shop is an online store for practical, everyday pet-care essentials for dogs and cats. It is part of the MyPetHealth brand, the pet health tracking app that helps pet parents organize records, reminders, medications, vaccinations, and daily care.

What do you sell?

We sell a small range of curated care kits, each bundling the essentials for one part of life with your pet: the New Puppy Kit, the Power Chewer Kit, the Enrichment Kit and the Pet Grooming and Care Kit. We focus on a few well-chosen kits rather than a very large catalog, and every product is reviewed against our product standards before it is listed.

Where do products ship from?

Some of our products ship from a United States warehouse and some ship direct from our overseas supplier. Each product page shows where that item ships from and the estimated delivery time, and our Shipping & Delivery page has the full details.

Do I need the MyPetHealth app to shop here?

No. MyPetHealth Shop is open to everyone. You can also reach the shop from inside the MyPetHealth app, but the app is never required to place an order.

Orders, shipping, and returns

How much is shipping?

Within the United States, Standard Shipping is $5.99 per order and free on orders of $100 or more. International Shipping is a flat $12.99. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments: credit and debit cards and digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, and if something arrives damaged or incorrect we replace it or refund you in full. The details, including how to start a return, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@getmypethealth.com with your order number. After 24 hours the order is already with our shipping partner, so please use the return process once it arrives.

Do you offer veterinary advice?

No. MyPetHealth Shop sells everyday pet-care products only. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Please talk to a licensed veterinarian about your pet's health.
